Crayons & Paste

This poem gave me quite a giggle when it appeared over on Facebook in response to one of my more puckish status updates...

Scott Perkins was raised on a steady diet
Of crayons and library paste;
It never succeeded in making him quiet,
But did teach him never to waste.
If ever you're halfway tempted to try it

You just might acquire the taste:
You'll slaver for colour wherever you spy it
And drool at the smell of the paste.
